Sweet sour sauce for BBQ crab.

I've eaten LOTS of crabs in the last two months. LOTS as in the crabs can be as high as Petronas Twin towers if stacked vertically. really!!!

I tell u crab shells are so so so yummy. Many of my family members and friends love the pincer, which usually contains succulent meat. But i prefer the shell part, because of the pungent taste of, well...CRAB. ^.^

Today itself, Mom bought 5 (male) crabs...i was turning the crabs around to search for their genitals, but to no avail. Where is it? Pretty ironic is it? having eaten so many crabs, i am still clueless. hehe...but seriously, crab got penis or not? is it visible?

Mom : i've murdered so many but i didn't see their 'di di' before also. *getting 'mou liu' too..hehe*

Mom : I just know which is male and which is female...just see the stomach,triangular, part. If that area is light coloured, then it's jantan lor.

Mom : haiya...dunno lah...very 'fan'(annoying) laa u...

I was going to ask female crabs got boobs or not...hehe...want to further annoy Mom..:P...but i didn't.

Because she's got a sharp knife in her hands...

Alright, she went on to stab the crabs, straight at their penises, no... erm... stomachs. and as though nailing a vampire, she used butcher knife to hammer the 'stabbing' knife...

Then she roughly ripped off the pincers and legs, unfortunately hurting her thumb in the process...yeah, those dead crabs got their little revenge. But Mom is ok, it's just a small cut.


The shells with chicken eggs....will be much tastier if added with salted chicken egg...


Which piece cut Mom's thumb, please jump out of the plate!! No one? Alright, all of you shall be cooked!!!! :P

Ok...next, cooking BLACK PEPPER CRAB! yum yum...

Adding XO, no, it's grandma's rice wine. We managed to smuggle a few bottles from East Malaysia! hehe...

gosh, i need to stop snapping photos and start attacking!

Whoa....the gravy is super spicy but if added to white rice, it blends well, not that spicy. Overall it beats other bovril, curry and BBQ crab. NICE....
